Serve to evaluate and improve business processes within the credit union's corporate office and numerous branch locations. Assist in the coordination of a core-processing system replacement project, including user acceptance testing during conversion and upgrades. Typical process improvement workflows include reviewing existing processes, researching and making recommendations for improvement, designing and executing a change implementation plan, and creating documentation/process maps for the new procedures. Ancillary job functions include creating/maintaining Laserfiche Forms and Laserfiche Workflows for our internal document repository and developing Smartsheet workspaces with reports and dashboards.
